How do I shop online at New Image Supplements?
You can either browse by product
type or go straight to your favourite brand.
Once you have made your choice simply add the items to your basket and
checkout using either paypal or RBS Worldpay (for credit or debit cards).
Please note, we do not send out automatic dispatch emails.
Heavier
packages are sent via courier. Lighter items are sent via Royal Mail signed for
post.
Most orders
dispatched via courier will be with you next day, Royal Mail items may take a
little longer. We do not guarantee that your order will be with you next day, if you want guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us for a postage price.
All
orders must be made by 1pm to ensure dispatch that day. This is to ensure they
are picked and packaged in time for our courier pick-up in the afternoon.
A
tracking number for your order will be provided on request for items dispatched
- simply email us for details specific to your parcel. Please state your name, date ordered, products ordered & delivery address to help us to locate your order speedily. Queries without all these details cannot be answered, please help us to help you!
We do not
post items out over the weekend and our courier does not work on a Saturday.
Yes, you
can have your order sent to your work address and many of our customers take
advantage of this. Please enter your
delivery details at checkout.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes, all
our items must be signed for. We cannot leave items behind the bin, so please do not ask.
What do you do about returns?
We want
our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and pleased with our service.
We will take back any faulty goods and exchange it for a new one, or refund you
in full. Please ensure goods are
returned within 7 days via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here
safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what
your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction
record.
Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you've opened it
up, had a few tries and don't like it or want something else, we obviously
cannot take it back as it is then unsellable.

What if my item is damaged in the post?
Please let us know within 24 hours of any breakages. We will arrange a new duplicate order to be
sent to you as soon as possible and get our courier to collect the damaged
parcel from yourself.
What supplement is right for me?
We understand how difficult it can be picking from the hundreds of items on offer, especially if you're new to working out. To help out our customers we offer free advice via email (sales@newimagesupplements.co.uk)- if you're not sure what's right for your goals (adding muscle, reducing bodyfat, improving athletic performance or something else), please email us and we'll be more than happy to help you with your diet, exercise and supplement regime. We're not going to try to sell you the most expensive thing we have, but offer good, honest advice based on the years of experience we have training and using supplementation.
What do you do with my personal details?
We endeavour to keep all your private details completely
secure, we do not pass on any of our customer's details to another company or
single person, But we do file your information (i.e. names and addresses, &
e-mail addresses) on our system.
Out of stock items
On rare occasions we can be out of stock of items for short periods of time. In this instance we will contact you and explain the situation and offer to keep your order until the products arrive back in stock or offer you a full refund.
Do you have a shop I can
walk in and purchase from?
Yes, we have a shop within our gym. This is located at New Image Supplements
