For prompt delivery, please ensure you order before 1pm Monday through to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday if following a Bank Holiday).
We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available using First Class Signed for Royal Mail in the UK, or via courier. The delivery charge is as set out in the Deliveries section. The Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel and will request a signature. If for any reason the courier can not attain a signature at the requested delivery address they will leave your parcel safe with a neighbour or in a safe place. A card will be placed through the requested delivery address stating the destination of your parcel.
At New Image Supplements we try to strive to send your order with a 24 hour system, but delivery can sometimes take 2-3 days from the date of ordering.
At New Image Supplements we try to strive to send your order the fastest way possible to you. i.e. Priority service (this differs from country to country) but usually takes 3 - 20 working days from date of order.
New Image Supplements realise you may change your mind when you receive your products. If you wish to exchange or send your products back for a full refund you may do so. But unlike our competitors we will not charge you with a re-stocking fee!
All we ask is that you send the products back to us in the condition you received them (Products will only be given a full refund is they are returned to us undamaged and in an unopened condition).
*Please note, New Image Supplements will not be liable for any customs seizures. Refunds will only be given in instances where the order has been returned to us. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds given to under these circumstances.Please note that all customers outside the EU may have to pay local import duties / sales taxes on the value of their order.
