Gym owner Mark  Dawson practices what he preaches.   Inspired by the EAS Body-for-LIFE  Challenge 12-week fitness and  nutrition programme, he decided to try it before  recommending it to his  gym members.  His transformation was so dramatic  that he decided to  enter the national EAS Body-for-LIFE Retailer Champion of  The Year – and  won!

Natural body builder Mark already knew about   combining a careful diet with self-discipline and intensive workouts.  But the  36-year-old father of three was surprised at just how quickly  and effectively  Body-for-LIFE plan helped him shape up. “My vocation is  to encourage people to fulfil their fitness potential and I think leading by  example is crucial, says Mark. If I got good results from the Challenge I  could show gym members  my before and after photographs on the wall and  thus motivate them to give  the Challenge a try. In fact, Mark lost three  stones and reduced his body fat  level from 20% to a lean  8%!
