Directions
Each box contains EXACTLY 16 (SIXTEEN) 10 capsule servings (30-day supply). Along with 12 oz. or more water or juice, take the entire contents of 1 (ONE) and ONLY 1 (ONE) blister card (10 capsules) 30-60 minutes before weight training. Take PlasmaJet™ ONLY on the days you actively work out. PlasmaJet™ induces maximum vaso-expansion/strength inducing effects within 2-8 hours after ingestion and can be taken as near as 5 minutes before you start your workout. DO NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) servings per week and DO NOT use more than every other day under any circumstances.
