novice female bodybuilder for 13yrs age 41(leg press 350kg j)strong appetite suppressant so not good if trying to bulk. two caps 30 minutes b4 training will give immense energy boost and be prepared to sweat like mad. for serious athletes, if your diet is 100% and u train hard you will see great fat loss results in a month.i have battled to get rid of hip and thigh fat. after 1 months use i lost 3 inches, i can now see super definition on my quads and six pack ji train with two guys who use eca30 for the energy boost (training days only) and they have a noticeable ripped look now.we’ve been using eca30 for a good couple of months, so very important to cycle this one as tolerance level will drop.p.s. fab store, efficient service and fast delivery.
