Recommended Usage


Pre-workout boost mix 1 scoop (50g) in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Sip over 60 minutes and stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training.
During training (Isotonic) Mix 0.75 scoop (approx 30g) in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Sip during training, cycling, running, competing, etc...
After training (Hypertonic) Mix 1.75-2 scoops (75-100g) in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Drink within 15 ? 20 minutes after training.
Remember It's vital to replace lost fluids, carbohydrates and salts within the golden half hour after training to promote maximum rehydration, glycogen storage and recovery. Super easy mixing, no blending, no mess, just mix, stir and drink.
