When developing MM5 we believed that packing a product full of processed sugary high glycemic carbs such as dextrose and maltodextrin was not an option we wanted to pursue. We believe that the inclusion of sugar for taste and as a cheap filler as done by so many other market place all in ones is morally wrong.

We believe in western society carbohydrates are abundant within the diet and easy to obtain – so why charge you high prices for a cheap unhealthy ingredient? We honestly don’t want to as such we developed the product and managed to still make it taste great whilst keeping the carbohydrates low to allow you versatility.

Whilst its true that carbohydrates are beneficial post workout most of the other market place all in ones fail to deliver the two to one ratio of carbs to protein that’s optimal for recovery – meaning if you purchased these all in ones you would need to add carbs anyway! Rather than do that we offer a versatile all in one which suits all dietary needs and allows you to add carbohydrate from easily obtainable sources such as oats, dried fruit and other whole food sources whether using it as a post workout or meal replacement yet can be included within the diet when wishing to lower calories and carbs when wanting to lean out.
