Recommended Usage

Directions for use: For the best results use 2 servings of Pharma-Blend 6 HR™ daily. Use 1 serving at any stage throughout the day when a slow burning, timed release protein meal is required. Use the final serving as the pre-bedtime muscle repair meal.
